Description
Perfetto universal anti-limescale filter, composed of resins to be immersed, is an innovative anti-limescale system for small hot drinks dispensers for home and office use. Perfetto has a resin that works by ion exchange. Ion exchange is a chemical-physical process that allows the exchange between "elements", in this case ions, of different types. Perfetto resin beads exchange the limestone and carbonate ions in the water with the right amount of sodium. Limestone has always been known for encrusting machines, damaging their use, while carbonates have a negative impact on the aroma of coffee. We recommend always keeping Perfetto completely submerged in the water tray. After stops longer than 5 days, replace the water and immerse the filter again. It is recommended to replace it every 6 months of use.
NB Before use, wash the filter under running water in order to activate the resins. Profine® Perfetto is ICIM certified (products and components in contact with food according to provisions MOCHA). It has a resin that retains limescale certified for the treatment of water intended for food use. The sachet is produced in material suitable for contact with food, according to current regulations.
